Customer Data Terms

1. Ownership and control

You retain ownership/control of your business CRM content. STALKUS DIGITAL provides the software and infrastructure to host and process that content to deliver SUD TAX CRM / MY CLIENT HUB.

LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED: formal Data Processing Agreement / DPDP processor schedule if required for your customer contracts.

2. Confidentiality and authorised personnel

We limit operational access to customer environments to personnel and subprocessors with a need to operate, secure, or support the service, subject to confidentiality obligations.

3. Security

We apply technical and organisational measures described at a high level on the Security page. We do not claim that systems are “100% secure”.

4. Instructions and product scope

Processing of CRM content occurs as part of documented product features (create/read/update workflows, intake connectors you enable, exports you initiate, backups for recovery). We do not use your CRM content to market unrelated third-party products.

5. Subprocessors and integrations

Infrastructure and integration providers process data as needed to provide the service. When you connect Meta or other platforms, you instruct flows that send/receive data under those platforms’ terms.

6. Deletion, export, backups

Administrators may export or edit many records in-product. Full-tenant deletion and backup residual copies are handled operationally on request / schedule. Residual backup copies may persist for a limited recovery window.

LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED: export formats, deletion certification, and backup purge windows.
