Third-Party Integrations Terms

1. Scope

MY CLIENT HUB may integrate with third-party services such as website forms / WordPress connectors, Meta Lead Ads (where enabled), email/SMTP providers, and future channels (for example Google or WhatsApp) when productised.

Do not assume Google Ads, WhatsApp, or Meta features are fully available for your workspace unless shown as connected in your Integrations status.

2. Your responsibilities

• Own and control your third-party accounts and billing with those vendors.
• Configure permissions, pages, forms, and tokens lawfully.
• Comply with Meta, Google, WhatsApp, and other platform policies.
• Ensure your privacy notices cover lead capture channels you enable.
• Safeguard credentials; do not share secrets inappropriately.

3. Our role

STALKUS DIGITAL provides connectors and processing paths inside SUD TAX CRM. We do not control third-party platforms, their uptime, policy changes, or API behaviour.

4. Liability boundary

LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED: allocation of liability for third-party outages, policy bans, and data sent to external platforms.
